Limiting Factors

A biotic limiting factor could be a scarcity of prey. If there is a large amount of coyotes, but not very many rabbits, there would be a decrease in the coyote population.

An abiotic limiting factor could be a tornado. If there are a certain amount of birds that live in trees, and the tornado destroys those trees, it would be destroying the homes of the birds and thus limiting their living space.
