Limiting factors and their effect on carrying capacity

1. A biotic limiting factor would 15 birds but only 10 trees. This is a biotic limiting factor because 5 birds are going to have to find another place to live and leave the other birds. Some may not find another tree and may starve and die because they do not have a place to live.

2. An abiotic limiting factor would be a hurricane because a hurricane can destroy habitats but it is not a living thing. A hurricane does not form by something living but by non living things such as weather and other climates
